We also service other brands when our workload permits (we give priority to the brands we sell). We have two state-of-the-art service bays, and all of our service is performed on-site in our Harvest Oaks Dr store. You may bring your machine to either store for service (we'll transport it from Cary and back at no extra charge).
Machine Guide Classes
Our goal is to get you going with your new machine as quickly and easily as possible. To that end, we want to guide you through the basics and 'technics' of your new machine so you can be creative and get to the fun! Every machine purchased at Sew Unique comes with free guide classes. The number of classes and duration may vary depending upon the features and complexity of the machine, but our curriculum is designed to make the learning process fun and 'painless'.
